CAMBRIDGE, UK – A couple from Cambridgeshire have won a massive £101million EuroMillions jackpot and become the holders of the third biggest prize ever won by a player in the United Kingdom.

According to Camelot, the National Lottery provider, the couple will go public later on Tuesday 11th October.

The precise total of the prize money that the pair will bank is £101,203,600.70.

The winners matched all five numbers and the two lucky stars to claim the full jackpot. They will be revealing their identity and plans for the future at a hotel in Hertfordshire.

The UK has had fifteen EuroMillions jackpot winners in the past two years, with Colin and Chris Weir from Ayrshire the most famous after their biggest ever European lottery win of £161million in July this year.

The winning numbers from this Friday’s draw were 18, 26, 34, 38 and 42. The Lucky Stars were five and eight.
