Winner of $12.5million comes forward to claim prize

CONCORD, N.H. – The biggest prize ever awarded to a single player from the Tri-state Megabucks Plus draw has been awarded to a man who purchased the ticket in Dalston, New Hampshire.

The game, which has been running for 25 years has never seen any player receive more than the $12.5 million awarded to the anonymous winner on Friday.

New Hampshire lottery officials said that there will be a news conference to unveil the winner on Wednesday at the store where the ticket was sold.

The shop that sold the ticket will get a $30,000 bonus as well.
