Tennessee man wins $100k on vacation in South Carolina
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – A man from Tennessee who was on a fishing trip in South Carolina has won a $100,000 prize from a scratch card ticket from the South Carolina Education Lottery.
Paul Nunley, 66 purchased a $5 Cash Frenzy ticket at a gas station in Myrtle Beach and scratched it there and then to reveal that he’d won $100,000. He told reporters that he was going to save the money and would let his wife decide how she wanted to spend it.
There are still two $100,000 top prizes that remain as part of the Cash Frenzy lottery. The gas station will get a commission of $1,000 for selling the ticket.
