Mega Millions jackpot reaches $118 million after Friday’s draw

The multi-state draw game Mega Millions has a monstrous jackpot of $118 million after Friday’s draw again produced no winner.

The numbers drawn on Friday night for a potential jackpot of $101 million were 2, 7, 18, 32 and 53. The Mega Ball was 18.

Mega Millions has recently expanded as it reached an agreement with Powerball (the other multi-state lottery in the U.S.A) to sell tickets in all states and is now available in 42 US states.

The largest prize ever won from a Mega Millions draw is a whopping $390 million jackpot, which was shared by a couple from New Jersey and a truck driver from Georgia in 2007. The current jackpot would need to rollover for many more weeks to get anywhere near this record level.

Mega Millions draws are made twice weekly at 11 p.m. ET on Tuesdays and Fridays and broadcast live on television all over the country.
