Kansas Lottery launch new “Beef and Bucks” scratch card

TOPEKA, KS – The Kansas Lottery has just forged a new partnership with Munson Premium Angus Beef in Junction City and the launch of a new $2 instant scratch game.

The Lottery’s new Beef & Bucks instant scratch game not only offers players a chance to win money, but also a chance to win a product that is synonymous with Kansas: great beef.

Beef & Bucks tickets go on sale at Kansas Lottery retailers statewide starting this week.

“Partnering with the Kansas Lottery gives us a unique way to promote our beef,” said David Munson, co-owner of Munson Premium Angus Beef. “We’re grateful for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”

Lottery director Ed van Petten said, “This is an exciting new game and we are happy to have Munson Beef as a new partner. Knowing Kansans love their beef, this will be an added incentive for those who play. At the same time, we are pleased to be promoting a great Kansas product and economic development in the beef industry.”

Instant prizes in the Beef & Bucks game range from $2 to $10,000. Players can also submit their non-winning Beef & Bucks tickets for a chance to win one of 10 Munson Premium Angus Beef prize packages.
