£200k Postcode Lottery win for shows former cameraman
GLASGOW – A cameraman for BBC Scotland, who has worked on the STV show, People’s Postcode Lottery, is now over £200,000 better off after winning a big prize from the Postcode Lottery.
Gavin Hopper and his wife, Frances scooped the prize, with Frances claiming that a psychic predicted her win around one month ago.
Hairdresser Frances Hopper got more than she bargained for when a fortune teller came into her workplace and predicted the 35 year old would soon win big money. Two days after a People’s Postcode Lottery sign-up form landed on Frances’ doormat so she decided to sign up.
One month later, and the mum-of four has scooped a whooping £202,946 at the Christmas Million celebration on Sunday 12th December.
After paying out just £10 to play the Postcode Lottery the Hopper’s were delighted to discover that they had won the top prize of £200,000.
Frances told the Scottish Sun, “I still can’t believe it.”
There were 100 other winners in this month’s Postcode Lottery, with prizes ranging from £2,090 to £18,810.
