HEPHZIBAH, Ga. – A 59-year-old Hephzibah man won the top prize – $500,000 – from the Georgia Lottery’s Jumbo Jumbo Bucks instant game.

He said that he plans to invest his winnings, but didn’t reveal what he would be investing in.
