Virginia Lottery raise price on Redskins scratch card
RICHMOND, VA. – The new Washington Redskins scratch cards that will go on sale in Virginia has a price of $10, an increase on the price of last years Redskins instant game.
The “Redskins Legacy” scratch card will be the second ticket featuring the emblem of the NFL team and will have three top prizes of $1million and other prizes including a season ticket for a lucky fan for ten years.
The ticket came out yesterday and is likely to be one of the most popular instant games on sale from the Virginia Lottery while it is on the shelves.
In a press release, the Virginia Lottery said that nearly 95 cents of every $1 spent on the scratch card will go towards retail commissions, prizes and to the state education fund.
