New Mexico Scratch Cards
The New Mexico Lottery has over 30 scratch cards for sale all of which offer the player a chance to instantly win cash prizes.
The scratch cards sold in New Mexico are available to buy at $1, $2, $3, $5, $10 and $20.
Cash rewards start at $1 and go up to $250,000. There are 5 different cards in the “$250,000 Cash X” series that have this maximum prize. New to the range are 2 different $2 “scratchers” from the popular TV series CSI:.
In 2008 instant scratch card sales were worth nearly $90million. The total revenue of the New Mexico Lottery in 2008 was $147million.
Despite scratch card sales having in fact fallen from 2007 figures (by just under $6million) it is clear that they are a very important part of New Mexico Lottery’s product mix.
