West Virginia Scratch Cards
West Virginia Lottery has a large array of scratch cards on sale at various outlets throughout the state.
Ticket prices are set at $1, $2, $5 and $10.
Cash rewards for the cards begin at $1 with the current top prize being $100,000 on the $10 “The Price is Right” scratch card.
In 2008, “instant games” scratch cards sales revenue was $110million with total lottery sales revenue at just over $1.5billion.
