Hunt is on to find £80k Lotto ticket bought in Reading

READING, U.K – UK National Lottery players from the Reading area are being encouraged to check and re-check their tickets after it was revealed that a winning ticket worth £79,964 was purchased in the area and the winner is yet to come forward to claim the prize.

The winning ticket in question matched five numbers and the bonus ball in the Lotto draw made on October 30th. National Lottery officials are determined to find the winner in time for Christmas.

The winning Lotto numbers from the draw made on October 30th were 2, 22, 32, 33, 37, 45 and the bonus was 11. The ticket-holder has until 5.30pm on Thursday 28 April 2011 to claim.

If no-one comes forward before the deadline the prize money will go the the National Lottery fund for good causes that it supports.

A National Lottery spokesperson said, “Try checking in the pockets of clothing, in wallets, bags and down the back of the sofa – someone out there could literally be sitting on a fortune.”
