Huge scratch card win for California man

Sacramento, CA – A man from Gilroy has claimed his winning Lotto “scratchers” ticket worth $2,000,000 from a California Lottery’s East Bay district office.

The man, who preferred to remain anonymous, purchased the winning ticket at his local convenience store. The jackpot prize he won was from the “$2million Extravaganza” scratch off ticket.

The lucky winner plans on using the money to pay off any bills and debts he has. He also wants to return to education to get his contractors licence and eventually start his own business.

The “$2million Extravaganza” scratch card is priced at $5 and has 15 $2million jackpot prizes, which are paid out in instalments over 25 years. Tickets are available from over 21,000 retailers in California.
