Big pay off for North Carolina man

A resident of small North Carolina town Maiden has won a $100,000 jackpot prize on a state lottery scratch card.

Flynn Loftin won his giant prize playing the “Black Pearls” instant win scratch card from the North Carolina Education Lottery.

According to lottery officials, Loftin has said that he will deposit his winnings in his bank account and perhaps use some to make some home improvements.

After taxes, Mr. Loftin will get $68,000 from his $100,000 prize.
