Shropshire Lotto player yet to claim £60k prize

TELFORD, U.K. – A Lotto prize of just over £60,000 is still yet to be claimed in Telford, more than four months after the Lotto draw was made.

The winning ticket, purchased in the Shropshire town, matched five numbers plus the bonus ball in the draw made on February 10th.

National Lottery officials are urging people to search for the winning ticket as it could provide someone with a life changing amount of money. Lotto spokesperson Patrick Lisoire said, “We are desperate to find this missing ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings.”

The lucky ticket holder has until August 9th to claim their prize and if they don’t claim it in time the money will go to good causes and charities that the National Lottery support.

On February 10th 2010, the numbers drawn were 5, 7, 15, 37, 42, 44. The bonus ball was 3.

The National Lottery advise that anyone who believes they may have a winning ticket should call the National Lottery line on 0845 910 0000.
